Synergy Costs are committed to providing a full costs service during the Covid 19 pandemic. We remain open for business and are able to support you in the recovery of your costs during this challenging time. We are able to accept new instructions and we continue to progress existing claims. Our staff are working remotely and our office premises are only accessed for essential activities. We have limited telephone availability at the present time and our preferred method of communication for the foreseeable future is email. If you would like to send us your files to assist with your costs management requirements and/or the costs assessment process we continue to operate a limited collection and delivery courier service to specified areas each week. If you wish to arrange a direct delivery of your files to our offices by courier please contact us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements. We continue to use the DX service and you may wish to send your files to us by DX for the foreseeable future.

Please note that we do not accept service by email without a prior agreement in place.

We would be grateful if you would consider using the bacs method of payment in preference to sending us a cheque for the foreseeable future.
